Matching a love of science with a desire to help others find the information they needed, Carrie Fry finished her undergraduate degree in Biology and continued on for a Master’s degree in Library Science. After several years working as a hospital librarian helping physicians, nurses, and patients find health information, she returned to Seattle Pacific as the evening reference librarian. Recognizing her background in health sciences, she soon became the library liaison to the School of Health Sciences. More recently she has become the liaison for the STEM sciences as well.
Ms. Fry makes connections between people and resources, both in the classroom and one-on-one at the reference desk. She ensures that students can access, interpret, and correctly cite the information they need.
