Quincy Pham entered his senior year at SPU, his days were crammed with biochemistry homework and lab time. But this premed student had another big goal before graduation: establish a Vietnamese student association. So that’s exactly what he did. The club is a gathering place for Vietnamese students to celebrate their heritage, and it’s open to everyone who wants to learn about the culture, food, and traditions of Vietnam. “I’ve been looking for a club like this, a place to belong,” he says. “Now I have one, and other students will too.”
