The SPU Graduate Experience
In your search for just the right graduate program, you will come across much larger institutions or virtual campuses — and some students prefer those options. But for a graduate education that is at once personalized, professionally relevant, fully connected, and offered in the defining context of a Christian faith community, you’ll want to look at Seattle Pacific University.
Seattle Pacific offers all the advantages of an established institution in a vibrant urban center with a long history of academic quality and educational innovation. Our variety of graduate programs — including master’s and doctoral degrees, certificates, and dual degrees — have all earned a reputation for excellence and faculty expertise. In addition, every SPU graduate program holds regional accreditation, and many hold secondary national accreditations from their professional guilds.
And because most classes meet in the evening, you’ll also find the convenience and flexibility necessary to earn your degree while balancing work and family schedules. We understand where you want to go, and we want to help you get there.
A History of Service
Ever since Free Methodist pioneers founded SPU in 1891, we’ve focused on building a faith-based learning community where students prepare for service, in a supportive atmosphere where we encourage one another to engage the culture and change the world. Today our graduates live and work across the globe, engaged in business ventures, health care, law, research, high-tech, social service, ministry, and more.
